Introduction
Sodium Silicate and precipitated silica are most widely used industrial raw materials throughout the world. In Bangladesh about 6.5 Lacks MT Sodium Silicate are used per year and about 7000 MT Precipitated Silica are used per year. At present all the Sodium Silicate’s requirements are meet by producing Sodium Silicate through conventional energy intensive at 1500-1600 C temperature and environmentally hazardous method, on the other hand Sodium Silicate from rice husk ash required significantly low temperature (110 C) so the process are environment friendly and it also the only sustainable solution of rice husk ash disposal problem.

At present there are no Precipitated Silica (SiO2) producer in Bangladesh except Sustainable Energy & Agro Resource Limited (SEAL). Silica production process developed by SEAL is completely eco friendly and with Zero carbon emission. Different type of good quality Precipitated Silica already developed and commercially produced by SEAL.
